Firstly, I must apologise for not updating my blog for well over a year! My last post was in March 2021!😳 What can I say….I’m a baker not a writer.😬 However, having said that, I find myself enjoying this process of putting my thoughts down and remembering the highlights of what has happened during the year. What’s more, the beauty of this process seems to bring about a heightened sense of awareness for all I have. I am bursting with pride and filled with so much gratitude to all my lovely customers who have been so supportive and appreciative of my efforts in crafting their cake orders! I only wish I had more time and ability to write! ☺️ I may be slightly hazy with some details from more than a year ago, but one thing’s for sure! My little business has certainly grown in demand despite the pandemic and cake sales and requests have continued to increase (grateful for all your recommendations) to the point that I have to sadly turn away customers each week.
